System’s operations, products and services and how they relate to the

Responsibilities/DutiesInterns are expected to:
Develop the skills necessary to execute assigned projects related to training and other admin functions of the association which may include the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PolicyStat, the association’s Talent Management System (TMS) and other applications or systems.
Complete assignments and projects within specified timeframes.
Submit a written evaluation of the internship experience to the Human Resources Department during the last week of the internship.To accomplish the above objectives and goals, the intern will:
Attend the intern orientation, training programs and become familiar with other written materials.
- Review information packet
- If assigned, participate in project orientation, all related calls thereafter and contribute towards achieving a positive result of the group project.
- Review numbered memoranda relative to assignment.
- Understand various job functions
- Gain exposure to different approaches to performing and completing assigned tasks.
Assist with human resources, training, and other special projects. These include, but are not limited to:
- Move training content to the TMS.
- Assist in identifying obsolete content that is no longer needed.
- Assist in identifying outdated content in need of updating.
- Create topic-based playlists in the TMS.
- Update links to training content in various policies and procedures.
- Developing various reports/reporting templates in theTMS.
Required SkillsAbility to interact effectively with a diverse group of people.
Skill in computer software applications.
Knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and required formats to recognize and correct correspondence and reports.
Preferred SkillsAbility to work independently under general supervision.
Professional telephone skills.
At least one year of post-secondary education and be working towards a 2 or 4 year degree in business, human resources, agricultural business or education.
Current year graduating high school seniors are not eligible.
Required QualificationsResides in one of the counties serviced by AgCredit. Must be detail oriented.
Position is located in Fostoria, Ohio
This is a temporary summer position. Work period will end in August 2021.
Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (1/2 hour lunch) - no more than 40 hours in a work week.
General office environment.
Reliable transportation is required as travel to and from branch office locations and/or events is a possibility.
You must be a fulltime college student and have graduated from high school at the time of application.
