Summary & Objective:
Performs, in a professional, accurate, efficient and timely manner, the functions necessary to keep a detailed and precise accounting of borrower records and reports; prepares and certifies loan documents; assists in the extension of credit; provides efficient and congenial support while assisting the Association in the servicing and growth of business.

Comply with all AgCredit, ACA policies and procedures while maintaining regular and punctual attendance as expected of this position.
Promptly and professionally respond to customer service issues.
Processes and prepares closing documents for all Home Equity Loan (HELOC’s).
Prepare TRID disclosures for all ag branch non-SAFE Act loans
Disburse and track construction draws.
Process requests for payoffs and release of mortgages.
Prepare Mortgage Mods and Note Mods.
Completes documentation in the mortgage certification process.
Prepare loan documents and closings for Mortgage Loan Originators (MLO’s) in advance of the closing date.
Attends training programs as organized and/or approved by management.
Performs other duties as assigned within the timeframe designated in conjunction with the supervisor.
Efficiently and accurately perform responsibilities so as to assist management in the successful financial performance of the branch and the association in order to meet or exceed branch goals.
Required SkillsAbility to work independently and to maintain confidentiality.
Superior written and oral communication skills and decision/problem solving skills.
Thorough knowledge of PC operations and communication systems.
Preferred SkillsA minimum of two years loan processing experience (residential lending processing experience is preferred).
Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate's Degree in business, accounting or finance.
Working experience with Microsoft Office products.
Able to respond promptly to requests for service and assistance.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Ability to meet commitments and follow through on tasks.
Ability to move files and other documents.
Adaptable to changing conditions.
Knowledge in the area of agriculture is beneficial.
This position is located in Fostoria or Marion, OH.
Office hours are 8:00 am. - 4:30 pm, Mon - Fri. (half hour lunch)
General office environment.
Reliable transportation is required.
Travel to/from other branch offices, associations, AgFirst or other facilities as deemed necessary.
Must be capable of overnight stays as necessary for training.
