YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be responsible for providing analytical and technical support, which includes the collection and analysis of internal data to assist in making meaningful business decisions;
  • Collaborate with scientists to understand experimental workflows and data sources;
  • Understand and apply statistical measures to determine screen and assay quality;
  • Translate quality metrics into decisions that leverage data science tools;
  • Integrate and automate data flow between LIMS, databases and visualization tools using R programming;
  • Communicate progress regularly to collaborators;
  • Leverage mentors, manager and coaches to understand opportunities and proposes solutions for implementation;
  • Present findings/projects to the team at the completion of the Co-op.

Required Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in Master's or Ph.D. programs, in data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics or a related STEM field;
  • Proficient at R programming;
  • Basic statistical knowledge;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Strong innovation and collaboration skills.
