YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for providing analytical and technical support, which includes the collection and analysis of internal data to assist in making meaningful business decisions;
- Collaborate with scientists to understand experimental workflows and data sources;
- Understand and apply statistical measures to determine screen and assay quality;
- Translate quality metrics into decisions that leverage data science tools;
- Integrate and automate data flow between LIMS, databases and visualization tools using R programming;
- Communicate progress regularly to collaborators;
- Leverage mentors, manager and coaches to understand opportunities and proposes solutions for implementation;
- Present findings/projects to the team at the completion of the Co-op.

Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Master's or Ph.D. programs, in data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics or a related STEM field;
- Proficient at R programming;
- Basic statistical knowledge;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Strong innovation and collaboration skills.
