This role is responsible for supporting accounting activities depending on the area assigned including but not limited to, the entire asset life cycle, including capital assets under construction, additions, transfers and retirements and/or all legal entity finance activities in support of tax forecast and planning, liquidity planning, foreign exchange exposure, annual valuation and local goodwill impairment.

Job Description

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Masters US Accounting Intern, are to: 

  • Be responsible for supporting accounting activities depending on the area assigned including but not limited to, the entire asset life cycle, including capital assets under construction, additions, transfers and retirements and/or all legal entity finance activities in support of tax forecast and planning, liquidity planning, foreign exchange exposure, annual valuation and local goodwill impairment;
  • Perform accounting reconciliations (leases, liabilities, etc.);
  • Analyze asset data to support mergers, transfers or divestitures;
  • Identify and assist implementing process improvements;
  • Support internal control testing;
  • Support month end closing activities;
  • Create model report to support different analysis;
  • Support Legal Entity/Country Forecasts.

 

This position is offered in both St. Louis, MO & Whippany, NJ.

Required Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a minimum of Master’s degree in Business Finance/Accounting;
