The role of the Global Integrated Marketing Coordinator is to support the team in developing and executing marketing communication campaigns.

The Future Talent Program features Cooperative (Co-op) education that lasts up to 6 months and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Global Marketing can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.
To join a Global Marketing Team and gain experience in many different aspects of marketing both traditional and non-traditional. Be part of a team that is fun, energetic and works well together to develop marketing strategies for a wide range of products for companion animals and livestock.
The role of the Global Integrated Marketing Coordinator is to support the team in developing and executing marketing communication campaigns.
Support the Global Integrated Marketing team in the planning and execution of multiple marketing communication programs, including digital strategy development and execution; Participate in agency brief development as well as the planning and executing of action plans with marketing communication agencies: Assist with the promotional material approval process; Help support promotional needs of Global Species Business Units.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
  • Candidates must be in the process of earning a BA or BS in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Veterinary School, Animal Health, Business, Marketing, Communications or related degree programs

  • Candidates must have completed at least 2 years of college course work by June 2021  

  • Candidates must be available to work full time for 6 months

  • Candidates must have critical thinking skills to carry out instructions and make decisions within scope of authority

  • Candidates must have problem solving skills involving several variables

  • Candidates must have ability to follow policies and procedures and be an active member of a team

  • Candidates must have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

  • Candidates must be excellent English communication skills, oral and written.  

  • Candidates must have ability to adapt communication to international audiences

  • Candidates must have positive attitude and a strong work ethic

Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Candidates should have GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • Candidates should have Leadership roles during college

  • Candidates should have additional language fluency highly desirable

  • Candidates should have previous experience working in:

    • a multinational and/or corporate business setting

    • consumer or professional marketing, PR or advertising

  • Candidates should have a love and passion for animals is a plus
