JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
The Real Estate Appraiser position will focus on completing appraisals, supporting appraisal staff and working towards receiving
certification as a State Certified General Appraiser. The position is accountable for successful completion of the educational
coursework, hours of required appraisal experience, and written exam to receive certification as a State Certified General Appraiser.
 
The position, under supervision of a licensed appraiser will learn Association procedures as they apply to the appraisal function,
complete appraisals, develop appraisal support data, and undertake projects relating to appraisals as assigned.
 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BA/BS degree with emphasis on agriculture.
  • Must have good analytical and statistical skills to evaluate, prioritize, and categorize data for valuation related activities.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have good computer skills and be proficient in Windows, Excel, and Word.
