MANRRS and AGCO Foundation Announce 20 AGCO Foundation Scholars for Academic Excellence and Leadership in Agriculture

our future leaders

[Atlanta, GA] [January 24, 2026] MANRRS is proud to announce the selection of 20 outstanding students as recipients of the AGCO Foundation Scholarship, made possible through the continued partnership with the AGCO Foundation. These scholars represent the next generation of leaders in agriculture, food systems, engineering, agribusiness, and related sciences.

The AGCO Foundation Scholarship program supports high-achieving undergraduate and graduate students who demonstrate strong academic performance, leadership potential, and a commitment to advancing the agricultural industry. Each selected scholar exemplifies excellence both in and beyond the classroom and is actively engaged in service, innovation, and professional development.

“This cohort of AGCO Foundation Scholars reflects the depth of talent, passion, and purpose within the MANRRS community,” said Dwane Matthews, National Program Manager at MANRRS. “Through this partnership, we are not only investing in students’ education, but also in the future workforce and leadership of agriculture.”

In addition to financial support, AGCO Foundation Scholars gain access to professional development opportunities through MANRRS, including leadership training, career exposure, networking with industry professionals, and engagement at the MANRRS 40th Annual Training Conference and Career Expo, during webinars and other MANRRS programs. These experiences are designed to equip scholars with the tools and connections needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving global agricultural landscape.

The AGCO Foundation remains committed to strengthening education and workforce development in agriculture by supporting students who bring diverse perspectives and innovative thinking to the industry.

MANRRS congratulates the 20 AGCO Foundation Scholars on this outstanding achievement and looks forward to supporting their continued academic and professional success.
