Nicole Jones is a nationally recognized workforce development strategist, leadership consultant, and educator with more than 15 years of experience designing programs, building partnerships, and developing leaders across education, nonprofit, government, and industry sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Elite Workforce Consulting LLC, Nicole has helped organizations strengthen systems, cultivate leadership, and create meaningful opportunities that empower individuals and communities.
Nicole is thrilled to serve in the new role as MANRRS' Membership Relations Manager, Nicole serves as the primary point of contact for chapters, advisors, student and professional members, supporting membership recruitment, engagement, retention, chapter development, and member communications. She is passionate about creating a connected and enhanced member experience that strengthens relationships, supports chapter success, and builds lifelong leadership pathways for every MANRRS member.
Nicole is excited to join the MANRRS family because she believes in the organization's mission of developing the next and now generation of leaders in agriculture, natural resources, and related sciences. She looks forward to partnering with members, advisors, chapter leaders, staff, and industry partners to build on the incredible momentum already underway while creating innovative strategies that enhance engagement and strengthen the national membership experience.
Outside of work, Nicole is a proud Denver native, wife, and mother of five who enjoys mentoring young leaders, speaking on leadership and workforce development, traveling, and serving her community. She leads with a servant's heart and believes that the greatest impact comes from helping others recognize and reach their full potential.

MANRRS has a reach of over 8,000 students and professionals within six Regions, and 55 Collegiate Chapters across 38 states and Puerto Rico. MANRRS focuses on developing future leaders in the agricultural sector through training and providing employers with a highly skilled, diverse workforce that includes individuals from traditionally underrepresented and underserved groups.
