Marquel Lett, a dedicated fundraiser from Louisville, KY, brings a decade of experience in fundraising, development, and the non-profit sector. She specializes in major gifts and the art of connecting passions through compelling storytelling. Her journey with MANRRS (Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Related Sciences) began at the University of Kentucky, where she studied Environmental and Sustainability Studies and served as the National Undergraduate President for the 2014-2015 term. Deeply committed to the mission of MANRRS, Marquel has returned to continue making a meaningful impact. With her expertise in donor cultivation, corporate and foundation relations, she excels in creating connections and narratives that resonate with donors, driving support for underrepresented communities in agriculture and natural resources.

The National Office is pleased to have Marquel as the newest addition to the team and looks forward to her assistance on the mission of continuously making the MANRRS Experience remarkable.

 Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, MANRRS promotes academic and professional advancement by empowering minorities in agriculture, natural resources and related sciences. The organization's goal is to provide the student members (junior high school through doctoral programs) of our organization with the support to become productive citizens by engaging them in leadership development activities, educational opportunities, job readiness training, and facilitating internship placement and permanent employment, with special emphasis on agriculture, natural resources, and related sciences. MANRRS encourages and promotes Agriculture, Natural Resources, and related STEM programs in an effort to interest and attract underrepresented students and professionals into pursuing educational and career opportunities in these respective areas.
